As a Claims Administrator at RHK Recovery Group, Nicole Zabala plays a vital support role in ensuring the accuracy, organization, and efficiency of claim processing and client services. Working across departments including collections, legal, and sales, Nicole brings precision and structure to RHK Recovery Groups operations, contributing directly to client satisfaction and internal workflow success.  

Nicole is known for her analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple moving parts with consistency. She prepares detailed client and internal reports, validates claim data, and supports dispute resolution efforts by collaborating with legal and collections teams. Nicole’s work ensures that RHK maintains its high standards for compliance and professionalism in every case.  

Before joining RHK Recovery Group, Nicole developed a strong foundation in customer service and community support through her work at HASC Center and Trader Joe’s. These experiences sharpened her interpersonal communication and taught her how to balance precision with empathy—skills she now applies to every client interaction and internal task.
